A lawyer and economist by training, Georges Ugeux has focused his entire 30-year career on the global dimensions of business, government, and finance and has a deep understanding of the cultural dimension of negotiations, networks, and partnerships. He is an adjunct faculty member at Columbia University where he teaches International Banking & Finance.
François Pagès has over 25 years of a strong International Banking experience with postings in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Over the years he has been involved in creating numerous new businesses, reviewing and implementing acquisitions in the financial industry as well as managing teams of financial professionals.
Charles-André has thirty-year years of experience consulting to the biopharma and medical device industries. He worked closely with the CEOs, Senior Executives, and Boards of many Pharmaceutical and Medtech companies. Previous to founding Galileo Life Sciences, he was Senior Partner and Managing Director at the Boston Consulting Group and before Head of the Life Sciences Group of Capgemini.

Paul has decades of experience leading life sciences companies as CEO, Chairman and board member CEO including at vTv Therapeutics, eGenesis, Lycera, Cerimon and ARIAD Pharmaceuticals. He was Chief Strategy Officer at Teva pharmaceutical and Senior Vice President business development and global head, early commercial development at Novartis. Paul is a founding member of Galileo Life Sciences.
Mark has long career in biotech investment. He is known as a pioneer of structured financing. He was a founder and CEO of private equity firm Symphony Capital and a Managing Partner of Shearman & Sterling. Mark is a founding member of Galileo Life Sciences.
Katarina joined the company in May 2010 as Controller, managing the accounting and treasury departments. She oversees the accounting operations, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedure.
