CEO

François Pagès has over 25 years of a strong International Banking experience with postings in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Over the years he has been involved in creating numerous new businesses, reviewing and implementing acquisitions in the financial industry as well as managing teams of financial professionals.

Katarina Mrvaljevic

CFO and FINOP Principal

Katarina joined Galileo Global Securities in 2010 as Controller, overseeing the accounting and treasury functions. She was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2013. After obtaining her Series 27 license, she assumed the role of FINOP, taking responsibility for financial and regulatory reporting to the SEC and FINRA.As CFO and FINOP, Katarina oversees the firm’s financial management, regulatory compliance and reporting, including filings with U.S. and Canadian authorities. She leads financial and regulatory audits and directs key operational areas of the firm, including accounting, human resources and administration, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance across the organization.

Daniel Grasman

Managing Director

Daniel Grasman is a serial entrepreneur building on decades of experience in corporate and start-up roles. He advises multiple technology start-ups on their growth initiatives. He has been at the forefront of digital innovation for multiple decades. He has held leadership roles at LexisNexis, the legal technology division of RELX, where he was focused on strategy, business development and M&A and held a similar position at SAP. With Galileo since 2017, Daniel is a FINRA-registered representative (License Series 63 and 79).

Kay Sano

Managing Director

Kay Sano founded J.Bridge in 2017 in Tokyo (Japan), expanding the business with her team from Bain Capital in 2020. Kay was Representative Director at Monument Group in Japan and successfully originated Japanese mandates for global distribution. Before at Bain Capital and Tokio Marine Capital Kay was responsible for US, Europe and Asia fund distribution. Kay currently serves as External Director on the board of two Japanese public companies, Ai Holdings Corporation and Nihon Denkei Co., Ltd. Kay holds an LL.B. in International Legal Studies from Sophia University, FINRA licensed (series 7) and Securities Sales Representative Type II Financial Instruments license in Japan

Anne-Charlotte Le Bourhis

Managing Director

Anne-Charlotte has 25+ years of experience leading finance teams and transformation programs across the Automotive, Energy, and Rail sectors in Europe and North America. AC advises companies on post-acquisition integration—strengthening organizational design, processes, and tools—and supports growth-stage startups in refining their strategy and securing capital. U.S. FINRA Registered Representative with Series 82 and 63.

Dr. Thomas Fallows

Managing Director

Tom Fallows has been active in banking and financial advisory for over 40 years, primarily in Corporate & Investment Banking with Citibank, subsequently as investment advisor for Amundi and now Managing Director with Galileo Global Securities. His international experience includes decades in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He also serves on the boards of a number of companies including a new player in data analysis for automation in manufacturing. With Galileo since 2017, he is a FINRA-registered representative (License Series 63 and 79) and supports Galileo relationships (primarily companies in an early stage of development).
