Previous to founding Galileo Life Sciences, he was Senior Partner and Managing Director at the Boston Consulting Group and before Head of the Life Sciences Group of Capgemini.

Emmanuel Coeytaux brings a unique blend of experience across life sciences consulting, industry leadership, and healthcare investing. A former Partner at Boston Consulting Group, he later served as Head of R&D Strategy at Sanofi, where he shaped global innovation priorities, and as Executive Vice President at DRI Healthcare, a leading pharmaceutical royalty investment fund. Emmanuel combines strategic insight with scientific depth, holding a Ph.D. in Virology and an M.Eng from École Polytechnique in Paris.

Rabe’e Cheheltani is a healthcare consultant with over nine years of experience advising pharmaceutical and life sciences clients on data-driven strategies for commercial and R&D success. She has held key roles at Boston Consulting Group and IQVIA, delivering insights across the product lifecycle. Rabe’e holds a Ph.D. in Bioengineering and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania.

Paul has decades of experience leading life sciences companies as CEO, Chairman and board member CEO including at vTv Therapeutics, eGenesis, Lycera, Cerimon and ARIAD Pharmaceuticals. He was Chief Strategy Officer at Teva pharmaceutical and Senior Vice President business development and global head, early commercial development at Novartis. Paul is a founding member of Galileo Life Sciences.

Adele  brings decades of experience transforming commercial pharmaceutical organizations, where she has been instrumental in driving successful product launches, strategic growth, and operational excellence. She has held senior executive leadership roles at major companies including Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Viatris, and Roivant, and most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of Biopharma Commercial Unit at Sumitomo Pharma America.

Carlo is an international biopharmaceutical operations senior executive with broad technical, operational, and P&L experience. He has deep expertise in designing, operating, and optimizing complex supply chains. He currently serves on the board of several pharma and CMO companies and advises companies and investors.
